which celebrates 40 years in
business in 2013.
The firm provides an extensive range of
business, taxation, GST, self-managed
superannuation, succession planning and
bookkeeping advice to many clients over
a broad range of industries including
farming, manufacturing, medical, retail,
business services, construction and food
The four partners - David Mylon, Richard
Young, Anthony Whitehead and Rad
Sredojevic - are all heavily involved in
the process of making the business work.
"We each have particular roles that are
essential in achieving the desired result,"
Mr Mylon said. "Whether it be internal
cash flow production, marketing, staff
performance measurement or just making
sure things are kept up to date we all have
a significant role.
"The principals of Stewart, Tracy & Mylon
are confident in their ability to understand
how the business is performing.
"Even so, we are still acutely aware
that there needs to be some ongoing
analysis of key performance indicators
within the enterprise," Mr Young said.
"We have an extensive cash flow and profit
and loss budget that is updated monthly
so that we can assess our year to date
performance versus budget.
"We actively review our debtors' situation
regularly and have a dedicated staff
member who is in charge of our debt
The internal performance of the business
is also regularly monitored and includes
the four partners and 18 staff, many of
