The data gleaned from this process is then used in sales meetings,
operations meetings and performance reviews and, as a result,
every month the company can identify where the potential is for a
specific department to improve.
“Externally, we check our performance by the company customer
service satisfaction questionnaire which every customer receives,”
Ms Chanter said. “We use these every month in a spreadsheet and
graph how we are going according to our customers.
“We are also measured within our industry to benchmark our
volume performance against competitors within the whole state.
We are measured on both a state and nation wide scale on how
professional we are as a business and where we sit in the market in
relation to other dealers,” she said.
