THE Albury Northside and Wodonga Chambers consciously
supports local women involved in business.
It is a joint initiative of the two Chambers and an additional service
which automatically includes female members and their employees.
Its vision is to contribute to the overall business community and
specifically support women in business through delivering effective
activities and communications that meet their needs.
These activities are delivered through a core committee made up
of volunteer Chamber member representatives.
In 2013, the focus of the committee was to set up the structure
and processes of Women in Chambers to ensure the vision and
deliverables are aligned with Albury Northside and Wodonga
Chambers strategies and that it continues to deliver relevant and
value driven activities for members.
This has seen a 'tweaking' of the activities this year. Based on
feedback received from members, the 2014 program includes
a series of interactive workshops, focused on helping Chamber
