The Chambers play an important representation and advocacy role in
support of businesses.
With more than 700 members we represent the majority of business
sectors in the Albury and Wodonga area and our members range
from sole traders, through small and medium business, to national
and multinational companies. Our membership also includes service
providers, education providers and government authorities.
Our combined efforts are concentrated on furthering the economic
development of the region.
Our respective boards comprise leading business figures bringing with
them a wealth of experience from a range of sectors and industries.
As the peak business bodies in the Albury-Wodonga region, we provide
one voice when working with local, state and federal government
agencies to grow the region into the future.
We also work closely with the Albury and Wodonga Councils to drive
business innovation and assist with key initiatives.
The Chambers have many activities planned over the coming 12 months
including projects, workshops and special events. Cross border activities
such as Women In Chamber workshops and events and Young Business
Edge networking will also continue to grow.
